SummerGate is a great place to call home.  Located on Conroy Rd. between Kirkman and I-4, this gated community is in a prime location close to the Millenia Mall and other prime shopping areas and restaurants, yet still only minutes from downtown Orlando. 

Built in 2000, SummerGate is block and stucco construction and NOT a condo conversion.  It has benefited from several upgrades since it was built, including the entrance gate and camera system.  Enjoy the community pool and fitness room, or a quiet walk in the many courtyards throughout the community.
